At Hafee Haven, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing  Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Within South Africa We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:


Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3–5 business days

Outlying areas & small towns: 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed!


Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Hafee Haven is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Hafee Haven cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hafeehaven.co.za@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
