REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Hafee Haven, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened skincare or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please email us at hello hafeehaven.co.za@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello hafeehaven.co.za.@gmail.com
Shipping Costs Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
